Intellectual Property Rights

  • All developed solutions remain the exclusive property of IdeaToReward.com
  • You grant IdeaToReward.com an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your idea
  • The final product/service may be modified, adapted, or translated without restriction
  • You have no right to redistribute or resell the provided solution

Information Handling

  • Your contact information will be used solely for communication about your submission
  • Your submission may be used anonymously for marketing purposes
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties
  • Submissions will be reviewed to determine feasibility

Liability and Warranties

  • Solutions are provided “as is” without warranties
  • IdeaToReward.com is not liable for any damages resulting from implementation
  • Results may vary based on implementation circumstances
  • No confidential relationship is created through submission

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Australian law
