With a Microsoft 365 Business subscription, Secure Score is an easy way to assess the security of your Microsoft 365 Business tenancy.
To get started, visit https://security.microsoft.com/securescore (you may need to login with your Microsoft 365 credentials).
The current Secure Score that Microsoft has assigned to you should be clearly stated (80.94% in my case).
Next to it is “Actions to review.” Focus on the “To address” section, which shows a number below it (49 in my case). Microsoft recommends addressing these issues to enhance your security posture and improve your Secure Score.
Click the number under “To address” to see a list of recommended actions. You can click on each action for more information and implementation details.
Depending on your Microsoft 365 Business subscription (I have Business Premium), you might face license limitations that could prevent you from addressing some recommendations, just as I did.
