Who I Am
I’m Sri, passionate about empowering solopreneurs and SMBs with clear technical and strategic support so they can focus on their mission with peace of mind.
I am a graduate of the Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. I started working part-time in the IT department of the business school in 1998, right after starting my degree program, and continued until graduation. I was recognised for outstanding work in IT support, student supervision, and leadership.
I founded Mustard Seed IT with a passion to provide businesses strategic advice as well as practical IT solutions and support. Mustard Seed IT stands apart by always placing people before profit.
I am a husband and father, and my family is my priority. I am also a faithful follower of Jesus, attending regular fellowship at Grace Bible Church Springwood, where I currently serve as a deacon.
My Professional Journey
After graduation, I successfully filled varied roles spanning many industries across the United States, the Middle East (Dubai), and now Australia. This global perspective gives me a unique ability to understand diverse business challenges and deliver solutions that work in the real world.
Faith & Values
My faith in Jesus governs all aspects of my life, hence my Christ-centred approach to the way I run Mustard Seed IT. Despite 25 years of experience, I genuinely believe that it is the Lord Jesus who helps me do everything well and serve my clients with excellence and integrity.
I believe in professional accountability and integrity and remain an active member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the professional association for Australia’s ICT sector. I will be the first to tell you that I am a work in progress and have a long way to go to even remotely resemble Jesus.
As a deacon at Grace Bible Church Springwood and a mentor with the Queensland Government’s Mentoring for Growth (M4G) program, my deep desire to help others extends far beyond my client work.

Teaching & Mentoring
I am a passionate educator, well regarded by students drawn to my teaching style, real-world experience, authenticity, and friendly personality. My recognition as a Fellow of the HEA in 2020, and completing my TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2025, bolster my skills in delivering effective training.
After starting out at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2015, I moved on in 2023 and am currently a lecturer in the School of Business at Christian Heritage College.
My deep desire to help others led me to volunteer as a mentor with the Mentoring for Growth program (M4G), an initiative of the Queensland Government, where eligible businesses receive free access to volunteer business experts.
