What the call is
- 30 minutes, free, on Microsoft Teams.
- You share your screen and click. I watch and explain. I never log in to your systems, and I won’t ask for passwords or codes.
- Every discovery call is recorded on Teams to protect everyone on the call. It gives us all an accurate record of what was discussed. The recording stays private and is deleted after 90 days unless you become a client. If you’d rather the Teams call not be recorded, email me instead.
- I check a few key settings that every Microsoft 365 business tenancy has.
- No changes on the call. If something needs fixing, I’ll tell you, and you decide what happens next.
Who it’s for
This call is for Australian small business owners and decision makers who use Microsoft 365 and have a worry, such as:
- “I’m not sure who can see our files.”
- “Someone left and I don’t know if their account is still active.”
- “We’re thinking about Copilot and want to be ready first.”
- “We have an audit or insurance renewal coming up.”
A business owner or decision maker needs to be on the call, because near the end I’ll ask about timing and budget.

Copilot and AI
AI tools like Copilot can be genuinely useful. They’re also only as safe as the setup underneath them, because Copilot can find anything the person asking already has access to. The settings I check on the call are part of that picture. A full Copilot readiness review is part of the paid Tenant Clarity Pack, not the 30-minute Tenant Check.
